Each user may maintain only one (1) phlein account. You may close your phlein account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting closure. Before closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account. Any remaining balance after closure may be forfeited if not withdrawn within thirty (30) days of the closure request. Account closures are permanent and cannot be reversed.
phlein reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraud or suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, underage gambling, provision of false information, irregular play patterns, harassment of staff or other users, or any activity we deem harmful to phlein or other users.
Upon termination for cause, phlein may forfeit any funds in your account, void pending withdrawals, and reverse winnings. If your account is terminated without cause, phlein will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) after deducting any amounts owed to phlein.
If you believe you have a gambling problem, phlein offers self-exclusion tools allowing you to voluntarily close your account for a specified period (ranging from 6 months to permanent exclusion). During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account or create new accounts. phlein will make reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded individuals from creating new accounts, but you remain responsible for not attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures.
If you have a dispute, complaint, or concern regarding phlein services, you must first attempt to resolve it through our customer support team. If internal resolution is unsuccessful, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation), the regulatory authority overseeing phlein's operations. PAGCOR provides a formal complaint process for disputes between licensed operators and players. You must exhaust phlein's internal resolution process before filing a PAGCOR complaint.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of phlein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By using phlein, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
For disputes not resolved through internal processes or PAGCOR, either party may elect to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center or similar arbitration body. Arbitration decisions are final and binding. Each party bears its own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
phlein reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email notification to your registered email address and/or prominent notice on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of phlein after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account. phlein is not obligated to maintain prior versions of the Terms, though we generally archive previous versions for reference purposes.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and phlein regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent.
phlein's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of phlein.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without phlein's prior written consent. phlein may assign these Terms to any successor or affiliate without your consent.
phlein shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, fuel crises, or disruptions in telecommunications or internet services.
